What Our Bet Settlement Process Covers
When a game or event ends, our sportsbook engine matches the outcome against the terms attached to your ticket. For NFL and college football, we use official league box scores — not broadcast feeds — to grade point spreads, totals, and player props. Same-game parlays are graded leg by leg; if one leg is voided due to a player not starting, the
parlay adjusts to the remaining legs rather than canceling outright. MLB run-line wagers follow MLB official scoring. NHL puck-line and period bets settle on regulation time only unless otherwise stated on the ticket. Any ambiguity between your ticket terms and the final result is resolved in line with the rules posted at the time of bet placement — not a later revision.
Rule changes made after your ticket is placed do not apply to that open wager. Players in New York and other eligible states can check their settled bet history directly in the account wallet screen under 'My Bets'.
